Indian American teen Eesha Khare has invented a charger that can fully charge the dead battery of a cellphone in just 30 seconds!
Eesha from California, won the Intel Foundation Young Scientist Award at Phoenix along with a cash prize of USD 50,000 for this tiny invention. Eesha has invented a tiny device that fits inside mobile phone batteries, and may change the way the world charges mobile phones. This little device will allow us to charge our cell phones within 20-30 seconds instead of having to charge them for hours.
Eesha competed with 1600 other finalists from all over the world at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. When asked about her invention, Eesha said, “I can’t believe this happened. My cell phone battery always dies!”
