Being slim is the most sought after goal for almost everyone today. From little girls to grandmoms in their 60s and 70s, everyone is trying to be fitter and more youthful. More and more people are signing up for gym memberships and yoga classes today. Go to any park, and you will see a lot of people walking or running to lose weight. 

But not all of these people will lose weight. Why do some people exercise regularly and are still unable to lose weight?

Workout Mistakes that are Stopping Your from Losing Weight

1. Not watching what you eat! This is the number one reason why you may be exercising regularly and still not losing weight. When they exercise, sometimes people think they have a pass to eat whatever they want – not true if you are trying to lose weight!

2. Following same exercise routine everyday. Your body will stop responding if you do not get more creative with workouts. Following same routine everyday is not only boring but also not productive.

3. Just doing cardio! Cardio is great for burning calories, but when it comes to weight loss – strength training is very important.

4. Doing too little. A 20 minute walk in the garden or a 20 minute yoga session every now and then is great if you want to feel good and keep yourself active. But if you are trying to lse weight, this is hardly enough. You must do strenous exercise for 30-40 minutes at least 5 times a week to see some results.
