We have been led to believe that good health begins in a gym. We look at pictures of celebrities with their ‘gym look’ and we feel a gym membership is the price to pay for a svelte body and defined abs.But this is hardly the truth! 

The one single habit that sets apart healthy people from unhealthy ones is being active. Healthy people are active throughout their day, every day. What’s more, healthy people WALK. They walk to the store, they walk to the schools, they walk to the library and they walk for fun! These naturally healthy people have fewer conveniences in their life. So they do the dishes instead of using a dishwasher. They walk instead of driving. They keep themselves active by doing little chores throughout the day.

So if you really want to be active, you don’t NEED to spend on that gym membership. Even walking for an hour everyday will convert into added years for your life!
