The other good thing about Yoga is that it acts on the body in other ways also. For example, it helps you in sleeping peacefully without being disturbed. It reduces your physical and mental stress. It also regulates the body’s hormonal system. All these ‘behind-the-scenes’ actions also help in getting healthier, fitter and leaner.
