Anyone who has ever tried to lose weight knows that eliminating carbs from the diet is the easiest way of losing weight. It is true that carbs, especially refined carbs are the culprit behind most obesity cases. As any expert will tell you, healthy carbs should form a part of your diet but should never be the focus of all your meals.

If you are trying to lose weight, you must have heard that eliminating wheat and rice will work wonders. It is probably true! But what do you substitute these staple grains with? This is an even bigger question if you are a vegetarian. You cannot eat salad all day for the rest of your life! So how do you fill that belly up without putting on weight? The solution is to make sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle. Your body NEEDS carbs, so eliminating them is not a great idea. But you can choose healthier carbs that are rich in fibre and protein.

So substitute your wheat roti and white rice with other grains, especially ancient grains that our grandfathers ate traditionally. Include Jowar, Bajra, Ragi, Quinoa and Oats in your daily diet. Try to include protein rich carbs like Beans, Gram and Peas in your menu every day. This will help you in feeling satiated with every meal because your meals are packed with fibre and protein.

  2. I mastered more something totally new on this weight loss issue. Just one issue is a good nutrition is tremendously vital if dieting. A big reduction in fast foods, sugary foodstuff, fried foods, sweet foods, pork, and white-colored flour products can be necessary. Keeping wastes parasites, and toxins may prevent objectives for fat-loss. While a number of drugs for the short term solve the issue, the horrible side effects are not worth it, and they also never provide more than a non permanent solution. It is just a known indisputable fact that 95 of dietary fads fail. Many thanks sharing your opinions on this weblog.
