We are so obsessed with looks, especially the way our bodies look, that we don’t get any other joy out of life. We worrky about weight gain if we eat an extra sandwich, we worry about bulging tummies if we drink a soft drink. We are just too worried about putting on weight…all the time.

But recent studies show that if you obsess about this, you will end up fat! Studies show that women who feel fat, are more likely to put on weight than others. So if you think you feel fat, or if you have fat days, now is the time to stop having them!

There is nothing such as feeling fat, fat is not a feeling at all. What you probably feel is something else, maybe too full after a big meal? Or too well rested with no exercise?

So stop obsessing about being fat, just try to get into better shape with regular exercise.
