Also, berries that are grown for being frozen are typically exposed to fewer chemicals and pesticides. So what’s not to like?
Look for frozen berries in store around you, you could even look for them online. Once you buy a pack, store it in your freezer. You could make shakes and smoothies with these berries or even eat them. You can enjoy all the goodness of blueberries, strawberries, cranberries etc without any wastage!
