With the recent spell-out of the statement that, ‘Beer is Healthier Than Milk’ is making lots of noise all over the world. PETA aka People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals has made a clear statement that drinking beer is much healthier than milk.
PETA is making the claim that beer is better than milk, this time in Madison, Wisconsin — the heart of “America’s Dairyland.” Believe it or not, during every segment of antiquity, there have been plentiful times when beer was considered something of a health drink. A billboard subsidized by PETA has been put up at Hilldale Mall, which is a mile away from the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, thus leveling college students and influencing them to consume more beer instead of milk.
Drinking beer is considered to be a healthy drink. It imposes on longevity and strengthens bones. Whereas, milk consumption can cause obesity, diabetes and even cancer. Daniel Carron, a senior outreach coordinator at PETA’s headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia, said “It’s our responsibility to teach the new generation about the dairy industry. PETA’s position is, we’re in the role of showing this new generation what’s going on behind the scenes in the dairy industry, how that milk comes to get into a glass and all the cruelty that’s associated with it,”
The organization has not only said, “It’s official: beer is better for you than milk,” it also emphasizes on how one can gain a lot more physical benefits by drinking beer rather than a glass of milk. Well, it’s hard to believe how one can make a proper scenario on what to and what not to consume, but the data is strong and clear on how one can get a healthy body with a little change in the dietary charts.
PETA urges everyone, beer-drinkers included, to drink responsibly. Let’s see how this take of PETA gets availed by local masses and societal groups.
