Reasons for Abnormal FATIGUE
1. Lack of sleep. Simple enough, this can be easily fixed!
2. Anaemia. Deficiency in iron can cause you to experience loss of energy and tiredness.
3. Depression. Stress and depression can cause you to experience fatigue, more so by causing insomnia!
4. Diabetes. This causes highs and lows in your blood sugar level, thereby causing fatigue.
The best way to deal with fatigue is to get proper sleep and nutrition without worrying much about anything!
