Your body gives you very clean warning signs whenever there is a problem with it. It is not unusual for the modern working mom to be completely exhausted and burned out, without even realizing it! Here are a few signs that show that your body and mind are tired – and need recharging.

Signs of Mental and Physical Exhaustion

1. Becoming forgetful and not being able to focus on work.

2. Feeling sleepy all the time – even waking up tired.

3. Loss of appetite.

4. Become easily irritable.

5. Feeling low on energy all the time.

If you have these symptoms, it is a clear sign that you are burning yourself out at both ends. You seriously need a break to recharge those batteries!
