We mommies have one common habit that is wrecking our health. It is the habit of finishing off your kids’ food. In an attempt to reduce wastage, we eat up much more than we should. We manage to save the food from going waste, but what about the damage it does to our health? You might argue that when you eat your child’s leftover food, you don’t really overeat because you eat lesser of your own food. But do you know that you still pack more calories in than you should?
