Although there are several young guns of Bollywood climbing up the charts, it's Hrithik who is still revered by millions of fans across the globe. The light-eyed superstar commands terrific screen presence and will soon be seen in two films this year. Vikas Bahl's Super 30 and YRF's next will both have Duggu playing some powerful roles.

Given the stardom he enjoys, we hear that the actor is still quoting a really high price for his projects.

A source, close to the actor, reveals, "Hrithik has been paid to the tune of Rs 48 crore for Siddharth Anand's Hrithik vs Tiger. The film is a huge actioner and is being readied for a holiday release. While a lot of the other superstars take profit percentages in their films, Hrithik still prefers to charge a bomb when he gives his nod to the film." Along with Hrithik, Tiger too has a high remuneration, especially compared to his contemporaries. Plus, the banner is mounting this action drama on a lavish scale, and although this might not be their biggest film in terms of budget, Aditya Chopra is leaving no stone unturned in making it a visual delight for fans.

Hrithik is next only to the Khans and Akshay Kumar, when it comes to remuneration.

"The producers are completely fine with the money they invest on him because having Hrithik also promises them a good opening and great returns on their investments. His films also fetch a moderately high price on satellite and digital too. So the producers find it easy to cover the costs too." Although Hrithik's Kaabil did decently well at the box office, huge hopes are pinned on his 2019 releases. It also needs to be seen which film the actor signs on the dotted line, right after these projects are over.
