The actor disclosed to Bollywood Life that the he will shoot for the horror flick first and then Takht. The movie is being produced by Karan Johar's production house and will star Bhumi Pednekar in the lead along with Vicky. The horror film which will be Vicky's first film in the said genre will be helmed by a debutante director.

Vicky added that he will start prepping for Takht as soon as he finishes shooting for the horror film.

Takht stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar. While Singh is playing Dara Shikoh, Kaushal is playing Aurangzeb.
