Taapsee Pannu details out her character in Badla
Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu have collaborated on-screen once again. The two actors were a part of Pink (2016) and have now reunited for Sujoy Ghosh's Badla.
When the trailer of their new project surfaced on the web, fans found similarities between Badla and Pink. Hence, when we met the actress during the promotions of Badla, we quizzed her about the same. To which Taapsee she said, "There is only one similarity between the two films and that is Mr Bachchan is once again my lawyer and I am his client. Rest all is very different. My character of Minal from Pink and Naina in Badla are like chalk and cheese.”
Speaking about her role in the Badla, Taapsee further revealed, "In Badla, my character is a strong-headed woman, who has done everything on her own.
She is smart, sharp and knows how to defend herself. So the entire character sketch is different from Pink." Further, when we queried Taapsee about her equation with Big B over the period of these two films, the actress added, "Nothing has changed, it is the same. It was like a break that I took between schedule one and two.”
