Shahid Kapoor has sure taken over B-town with his latest outing, Kabir Singh. While it wouldn't be wrong to say that the movie has gone onto becoming his career-best performance, it has faired well at the box office as well and has managed to become the top 10 grossers of all time. While Shasha is yet to sign on the dotted lines, there have been reports of the remake of Telugu hit Jersey starring Nani and Shraddha Srinath.
And now, according to the reports, Shahid has demanded Rs 40 crore for the film, which of course, is a huge amount after all. Reports also suggested earlier that Karan Johar has got himself the rights for the remake and the movie will roll out under his banner, however, reports contrary to that state that Dil Raju and Allu Aravind will be investing in this venture under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Creations and Geeta Arts respectively.
