Sara Ali Khan, who was last seen in Ranveer Singh starrer 'Simmba' is shooting for Imtiaz Ali's next alongside Kartik Aaryan.
The actress is an avid social media user and enjoys millions of followers on social media. During the promotions of her previous films, the actress has been vocal about everything be it nepotism, her body transformation or crush. In a recent interview, the 'Kedarnath' actress opened up about her body transformation and how she manages to stay fit.
The actress reportedly said that it all started in New York and at that time she weighed 96kg. She talked about her transition from pizza to salad and from lethargy to cardio.
This is how she kickstarted her fitness journey. She started eating healthy and began working out when in New York. There were different types of classes there, right from functional training to boxing to cycling. She was overweight at the start so it was more about cardio-heavy workouts like walking, cycling and hitting the treadmill. She almost thought that she could lose weight before entering the intermediate forms of exercise.
In order to stay fit, the actress opts for the combination of functional training, Pilates, boxing and cardio.
She changes things up sometimes but she makes sure that she works out for an hour and a half every single day—except on Sunday because that’s her day to chill. Meanwhile, on the work front, Sara is all set to star in David Dhawan's directorial which is a remake of 'Coolie No. 1' opposite to Varun Dhawan.
