Ram Gopal Varma lands in legal trouble over controversial film?
Ram Gopal Varma might face legal charges for reportedly shooting his last controversial pornographic film that starred adult actress Mia Malkova in Hyderabad.
The filmmaker took to Twitter to clarify that now his lawyer will do all the talking on his behalf. The docu-drama had already faced protests from several women’s rights groups. Reportedly, RGV was even questioned by the Hyderabad police over the same after a case was lodged against him.
However, RGV maintained that he has not shot the "movie" in India but abroad.
But according to a report in a local paper, an activist has now claimed that she had evidence that Varma filmed the film in Hyderabad as against his claim of shooting it in Europe. The activist also claims to have pictures which support her claim that Mia Malkova had flown down to Hyderabad for the shoot. In a few BTS pictures, RGV's close friends from Tollywood could be seen posing.
Making a pornographic film in India is not legal and the hotel where it was shot might also face legal charges.
Meanwhile, RGV took to Twitter and wrote, "People blaming me for saying derogatory things, called me PERVERT,PSYCHO, TERRORIST and I should be SHOT. Anyways my lawyers are initiating the necessary action for law to take its own course and I am further not going to speak on matters under investigation and subjudice"
