According to the report, Andhra Pradesh Tourism managing director has suspended the deputy manager and also formed an inquiry committee to take disciplinary action against him.
Neha Dhupia penned a strongly worded tweet in reaction to an Andhra Pradesh Tourism official assaulting a female employee being caught on camera.
According to Timesofindia.com, the differently-abled woman had appealed to the deputy manager to wear a mask and in a fit of rage he pulled her hair and assaulted her while two fellow employees tried to intervene. Reacting to the shocking incident, Neha shared, “What’s going on... this man and many more like him if they are out there need to be taught a lesson... everyone knows where his place is ... seriously, where does this entitlement, ego, anger come from!!!”
Earlier, Richa Chadha had also reacted to the shocking incident and expressed anger on Twitter.
“Once he’s done hitting her, other unkils walk WITH HIM, leaving the woman alone, lest he need to be comforted after this outburst of violence BY HIM. This is our society. You’re foolish if you think we’re not living in sickness! Sick,” Richa had posted.
