On January 12, Mithila Palkar turned 28 and the actress was flooded with wishes from all corners of the world.
Taking to social media, she posted a quirky picture of herself on her account, where she can be seen surrounded by balloons and holding a bunch of yellow roses.
She wrote: "A heart full of love, cake and gratitude! #28." It's not the only time she has stressed on being grateful.The actress's 93-year-old grandfather had caught COVID-19 last year, however he defeated and survived the virus.Sharing a picture of herself at a stadium, she wrote: "This is how I feel about making it through the madness, knowing that my near and dear ones are safe and as healthy as they can be, managing to be less anxious about things (at the moment) and most importantly - being able to live this life! Ever so grateful!"
Mithila will be seen in Renuka Shahane's much-awaited directorial debut, 'Tribhanga - Tedhi Medhi Crazy', which is based on mother-daughter relationship dynamics.
Starring Kajol and Tanvi Azmi, the film also marks the former's digital debut. Mithila is a die-hard fan of Kajol and cannot stop gushing about getting a chance to work with her favourite star in the upcoming release. The 'Karwaan' actress had been quoted as saying that she had a fan moment knowing that she would share screen space with her. She recalled in an interview that the ice was broken the minute she met Kajol met on the set. Mithila finds the senior actress' laughter infectious.
