Khushi Kapoor wishes to make her Bollywood debut in a Karan Johar film
After the legendary actress Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor made an impressive debut in the film Dhadak, there were rumours of her younger sister Khushi also following suit and making her debut in Bollywood.
Khushi Kapoor had recently attended a chat show with sister Janhvi Kapoor where she had revealed that she will follow Karan Johar“blindly” when it will comes to her Bollywood debut. She further revealed that it will be her dad Boney Kapoor’s decision on who her first co-star will be.
When Janhvi Kapoor appeared in Anaita Shroff Adjania’s chat show recently, she had revealed that Khushi too will be making her Bollywood debut after completing her course at the New York Film Academy.
Talking about it, Janhvi said, “She is going to NYFA. Then after she comes back, she will figure what she wants to do.” The Dhadak actress also revealed that how like every father, even Boney Kapoor is very emotional about Khushi going to New York to study.
Janhvi revealed, “I’m getting palpitations just thinking about Khushi going; he (Boney Kapoor) just has to think about it and he will start crying.”
Reportedly, Khushi earlier aspired to be a model, but now wishes to set her foot on the big screen. It seems just like her elder sister, she wishes her much awaited Bollywood debut to be launched by Karan Johar. On the work-front, Janhvi is currently on a shooting spree for her film Kargil Girl which depicts the story of IAF Pilot Gunjan Saxena on the big screen. Angad Bedi will be seen playing Janhvi Kapoor's brother in the film and will essay the role of Anshuman Saxena, while Stree actor Pankaj Tripathi will play their father in the film. The film is being directed by debutante director Sharan Sharma and is being produced by Dharma Productions.
