Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar starrer ‘Hindi Medium’ which was set to release on May 12, delays by a week, reportedly, will clash with Arjun-Shraddha’s Half Girlfriend
Now Hindi Medium is going to release on May 19.
The makers of the film, Dinesh Vijan and Bhushan Kumar are confident that their film is a good one, and therefore they want to ensure that the word of the film reaches everyone and gets enough publicity.
According to Dinesh Vijan, "After watching the film, Irrfan and I both felt that we should give it a week more to promote since it has the potential.
We are confident about how the film has shaped up and sure that the audience will love it too. Adding to it Bhushan Kumar added, "The whole team has seen the film and we are very excited about the same. We are very happy and proud of the final product and feel that this film deserves to be promoted more so that it can reach out to more people. I am positive that everybody in the country can relate to it."
The topic of the film is relating to the Indian audiences, and they will surely feel like they’re a part of the film.
Irrfan and Saba play Raj and Mita who do everything in their power to ensure that their daughter receives the best education.
‘Hindi Medium’ is presented by T-Series and Maddock Films.
The film is a slice-of-life comedy based in the heartland of our country. The film is all set to release on 19th May 2017.
On the other hand, Arjun-Shraddha’s Half Girlfriend is a coming-of-age romance between a vernacular Bihari Boy - Madhav Jha, who falls in love with an upper class "Delhi high-society" girl - Riya Somani.
On the outside, the two of them have nothing in common, but love blossoms in the most unexpected way when Madhav starts to woo Riya. Set to release on 19 May 2017 is directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Bhagat.
