In an exclusive interview, Arbaaz hinted at his ex-wife Malaika having made a firm space for herself as Munni in the Dabangg franchise - something which his Tera Intezaar co-star Sunny Leone can't fill in. Find out the whole story here.
Arbaaz Khan is all set to start shooting for Dabangg 3 early next year. Now, it's a given fact that there can be no one else but Salman Khan playing the lead character of Chulbul Pandey.
But another character that became really popular after Dabangg was Malaika Arora's Munni, thanks to the hit song Munni Badnam Hui. With Arbaaz and Malaika having had a divorce after that, one would have thought that there might be someone else who will step into Malaika’s shoes.
In the interview, when Arbaaz asked whether we might get to see his Tera Intezaar co-star Sunny Leone step into the shoes of Munni?
Arbaaz said, "We might get to see something different (from Sunny Leone in Dabangg 3). Munni has got a place, okay, she has done that thing (always), you know. So yeah."
Arbaaz did leave a bit of it unsaid, but the smile on his face clearly indicated that there can be no other Munni than his ex-wife Malaika.
To be fair, Arbaaz and Malaika have shared a very cordial relation with each other after their legal separation. They have been spotted at family gatherings together and also enjoying vacations abroad with the whole Khandaan. With such good camaraderie, it won't come as a shock for fans if Malaika also agrees to step into Munni’s shoes for the third part of the Dabangg franchise.
