Who does not commemorate the 'Maine Pyar Kiya' actress Bhagyashree? Her character Suman and her innocence turned the film into an evergreen one.
Now, get ready to witness the gift of her son Abhimanyu Dassani.
Phantom Films will be launching Abhimanyu in their upcoming quirky action comedy, titled 'Mard ko Dard Nahin Hota.'
The film will be directed by Vasan Bala, the writer-director of 2012 crime-thriller 'Peddlers,' which was screened at Cannes as part of the 2012 International Critics' Week.
The movie marks a synergy between Phantom film's Anurag Kashyap and his long time assistant Vasan Bala, who has been working with the filmmaker since 'Dev D.'
The picture will also launch TV soap 'Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi' fame Radhika Madan on big screen. It also stars Tamil actor Vijay Sethupati in a central role.
With both actors undergoing rigorous training for a year, 'Mard ko Dard Nahin Hota' is going to have some never before seen hand combat action sequences.
Confirming the news Anurag Kashyap said, "Vasan has written a superbly funny & kick-ass martial arts film, the likes of which I have neither read nor seen”.
He continued, “It's so local and so new that you can't help but marvel at it. And I am glad I get to produce it. We at Phantom, hope it becomes a never before seen franchise with these maddeningly crazy characters."
