After being on a vacation mode with Kajol and kids, Ajay Devgn will now get into work mode. According to a leading daily, the Shivaay star will now join Sanjay Dutt for Bhuj: The Pride of India in Hyderabad.
This film marks a reunion for Ajay and Sanjay after they worked in the 2012 comic-caper, Son of Sardaar, and will also see them together in an action scene which appears during the climax.
Ajay’s character is based on Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, who was in charge of the Bhuj airbase during the 1971 Indo-Pak war, which remained operational despite heavy bombing from Pakistan, while Sanjay plays the Villain in the film.
“Sanjay and Ajay’s characters are powerful and are the force behind the story. The audience will see them together in a different avatar,” says Bhushan Kumar,
Bhushan is producing the film with Ginny Khanuja, Vajir Singh and Kumar Mangat. Sonakshi Sinha is also starring in Bhuj, alongside Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt which is based on the condition of Bhuj, Rajasthan during the 1971 Indo-Pak war.
Talking about Sanjay's films, the actor will be next seen Prasthanam which is a legacy based on power, greed, love & human fallacies. The film will be releasing on September 20, 2019.
Ajay Devgn was last seen in De De Pyaar De with Rakul Preet Singh and Tabu. The movie did not fare well at the box office. However, the actor will be playing a cameo in Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi along with Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif.
