Rumours were doing rounds that a university in China cancelled Bollywood's actor Aamir Khan's fan meet, citing the organiser's failure to seek permission to use the campus. However, the truth is, as a huge crowd turned up to see their favourite superstar, leaving the authorities in a panic.

The small auditorium soon was filled with over 3000 people, forcing the authorities to cancel the event as they were not confident if they could handle the crowd.
