We are not talking about apna Akshay Kumar. We are talking about Padma Lakshmi, the very popular hostess of Top Chef US. Lakshmi is famous for her celebrity status and also for her very sexy image. She is considered to be one of the hottest women in the world. did you know that Lakshmi gave birth to her first child in a few months ago. Looking at her today, you would find it really hard to believe. She looks fit and thin like an eighteen year old model on the runway. Looking at her, it would be impossible to believe that she was pregnant only a few months ago!

So what keeps Padma Lakshmi in this tip top shape? In an interview, Padma Lakshmi revealed that she runs up 70 flights of stairs before hitting the gym as a part of her fitness schedules. In her own words, “I woke up at 6AM, I nursed. Then I ran up and down 70 flights of stairs. Then I had breakfast, then I went to the gym and lifted weights for an hour. Then I walked home.”

Well, if we could adhere to such a fitness schedule, we’d be hot models ourselves, right? We all know that these celebrities live under tremendous pressure to look thin, hot and attractive. But isn’t this taking it too far? Maybe it works for some people and they start to love the adrenaline rush that such a schedule brings. But can you do it?
