1. Take care of your diet. Anyone with a diet lacking in protein is prone to excessive hairfall and premature baldness. Minerals like Copper, Iron, Potassium and Magnesium are also good for the health of your scalp and hair. So make sure you eat a diet rich in green leafy vegetables, soy, eggs, lentils, seeds and nuts.
2. Keep your hair clean. Your hair needs regular washing so that it stays clean and dandruff free. Shampoo your hair every alternate day if you have long hair and every day if you have short hair. After shampooing, you must also condition your hair for good health and lustre. Avoid chemical treatments like colouring, perming or straightening. Also avoid using a hair dryer as the heat damages your hair follicles.
3. Give yourself an oil massage at least once a week. Massaging the scalp improves blood circulation and promoted hair growth. So yay to the good old Champi!
