After facing backlash for going off on a holiday during a health crisis in the country, Alia Bhatt is now working with journalist Faye D’Souza to share useful information for the virus-hit, including COVID helpline numbers, and the availability of hospital beds and oxygen supplies. “It is a time of great uncertainty. We can do our bit to identify and amplify the relevant information on social media,” wrote Bhatt. On Monday, she began by posting verified helpline numbers in Mumbai.
