Sahil Shroff Evicted from Bigg Boss 15

Sahil Shroff became the first contestant to get evicted from Bigg Boss 15. On Sunday, Salman Khan announced that the actor received the least number of votes this week. As readers would know, this time the entire junglewasi — Karan Kundrra, Tejasswi Prakash, Umar Riaz, Vidhi Pandya, Donal Bisht, Vishal Kotian, Afsana Khan, Simba Nagpal, Akasa Singh, Jay Bhanushali, Miesha Iyer, Sahil Shroff and Ieshaan Sehgaal were nominated as a punishment after Pratik Sehajpal broke house property.

Coming back to Sahil Shroff, while he arrived like a rockstar making big promises on stage in front of Salman Khan, the actor was barely seen during the show. Even Rakhi Sawant, who visited Bigg Boss 15 over the weekend as a guest, seemed astounded at his idleness. She even pulled him up for taking the show so lightly.

Soon after his eviction, Sahil declared that he was not meant for the show, adding that it focuses on fights. Asked about the one week he spent inside the Bigg Boss 15 house, Sahil Shroff told in an interview, “It is surprising that my footage is almost nil, despite the fact that I spent one week inside the house. I did all the household chores during this one week but none of that was shown. The show gives importance only to fights.”

The 38-year-old got his big break in 2011 in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Don 2. He essayed the role of a police inspector who helps Priyanka Chopra’s character in catching the antagonist. He then went on to star in films like Shaadi Ke Side Effects and Dear Maya. Recently, he was seen playing a negative role in the ALTBalaji web series Baarish, also starring Sharman Joshi and Asha Negi.
