If anyone thrives on controversy, it has to be Ms. Rakhi Sawant. The bold and beautiful celebrity has never shied away from taking a panga with anyone. This is one lady who has never minced her words, completely disregarding even the presence of media. She doesn’t know how to keep quiet about issues that seem relevant to her. And all this is not criticism, but appreciation of Rakhi’s bindaas and bold style.
So the latest panga that this dancing diva has taken is with big names of Bollywood. In Rakhi’s own words, “Size zero se kuch nahi hota talent hona chahiye. Koi bhi actress ko bolo mere jaise movements aur dance karne ke liye.”
This is an open challenge to all the sexy babes who have found glory in the unhealthy trend of “size zero” bodies. It doesn’t require you to be a rocket scientist to know who we are talking about. Size Zero is synonymous with Kareena Kapoor in India, and this looks like a challenge to Bebo herself! Though Bebo can dance really well, we do feel that she would not want to take up Rakhi on this challenge. She wouldn’t look nice losing to an item girl, you see!
Rakhi has been in news recently for various reasons. Professionally, she has recently shot a video “Jhagde” with Indo Canadian performer Ishq Bector. Ishq has given a really classy look to Rakhi in the video, and it is expected to appeal to a larger audience. The reality shows and stage appearances keep coming. She is not called the “Queen of Reality Shows” for nothing!
But more newsworthy is Rakhi’s personal life. After getting engaged to Elesh Purjunwala, Rakhi seemed to be all set for marriage and happiness. But recently, the couple has broken up due to incompatibility. Rakhi feels that she is too Indian and Elesh is too Western in their attitudes. That’s really sad, because Elesh did seem like a great guy and we would have loved to see our bold and daring gal settle down with marital bliss.
Maybe next time. Yes, Rakhi has said in an interview that she may hold a Swayamvar once again! We are waiting Rakhi ji….
