A time when Bollywood onscreen couples like Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol, Kareena Kapoor Khan-Shahid Kapoor, Akshay Kumar-Priyanka Chopra were taking over the big screens, Rajkummar Hirani brought a different couple in the town and they are Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi for Munna Bhai MBBS movie.
Ever since the duo starred in the film, the fans started hailing Munna Bhai and Circuit’s Jodi and their funny banter.
Even though there were reports floating about the third instalment of the film, Munna Bhai Chale America, all we got was disappointment in hand. However, looks like there is nothing to worry anymore as they are coming together for a film.
Hold your horses, ladies and gentlemen, it is not what you guys thinking. Sadly, Sanjay and Arshad are not reuniting for the Munna Bhai series but for a new project.
According to the Times Of India report, Warsi was quoted saying that he and Sanjay will start working on a film next year. Talking more about the film, he calls this project a crazy script by Sajid-Farhad. The film is likely to go on floor by March-April next year.
Talking about the locations, the report further quotes him saying that they will probably head to Budapest for the first schedule of the film.
Talking about the story of the film, Arshad shared, “Sanju plays the role of a blind don. I am his eyes. The challenge is that nobody can know that he is blind, and I cannot tell anyone that he is blind. I am actually directing him throughout the film. It’s quite a fun script,” as per his quote in the portal. Knowing that they are coming together again, we are definitely pumped up to hear this news.
Meanwhile, after Total Dhamaal, Arshad Warsi is coming in Pagalpanti along with John Abraham, Ileana D’Cruz, Urvashi Rautela, Kriti Kulhari, Pulkit Samrat and Anil Kapoor.
The film will hit the big screens on November 22, 2019. On the other hand, after starring in Prassthanam, Sanjay Dutt will be next seen in Panipat as Ahmad Shah Abdali along with Arjun Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. The film is slated to release on December 6.
