The death of Sridevi is haunting the entire nation. The actress who has been an epitome of success and glamour died at the age of 54 due to a cardiac attack in Dubai. Sridevi was called the first female superstar of Bollywood and has worked in over 250 films in various languages in her career crossing almost 45 years. Her last release was Mom in 2016.
It is being testified that the actress died of a sudden cardiac arrest and the report has been inveterate by her brother-in-law. That’s the thing with sudden deaths: they are least expected and the most tragic. According to a leading media channel, Sridevi’s brother-in-law, Sanjay Kapoor, was quoted as saying, “Yes, it is true that Sridevi passed away. I just landed here, I was in Dubai and now I am flying back to Dubai. It happened roughly around 11.00-11.30. I don’t know more details yet but she died of cardiac arrest.”
Cardiac arrest is dangerous to a human body as it stops the pumping of the heart and closes the functioning of nerves that cause to seize the entire body and can lead to death. Also know that during cardiac arrest, blood supply to the body is cut off. Sudden cardiac arrest needs immediate and prompt medical attention. If not given proper care, it can lead to sudden cardiac death.
Sridevi will always be the most glamorous diva that Indian cinema has ever seen. Rest in peace Sri Mam.
