Lara has always thanked her reading habit for her communication skills. The voracious reader that she is, Lara these days is missing reading books.

She says, “I can’t read! As, after every 15 minutes I have my daughter (Saira) calling me out with a ‘mumma’ this or ‘mumma’ that (laughs).” She further adds, “Reading helps you to be knowledgeable. It also improvises your vocabulary. It’s a very good habit, extremely essential.” These days, with the arrival of internet, information is available at the click of a button. She adds, “I enjoy reading books. I have been a voracious reader. To each their own. If they want to browse through information online it is good too. The important thing is that you ‘read’!”
