Netflix is about to launch a new digital series ‘Scared Games’ for viewers in India and abroad. The trailer of Netflix original series’ Sacred Games will send a chill down your backbone and has a cast worth watching once on air.

The series will revolve around a disdainful Mumbai city cop Sartaj Singh (Saif) who is slanted off on the location of crime lord Ganesh Gaitonde (Nawazuddin). As the lives of these two men collide, it exposes the trappings of a bigger game.

Saif Ali Khan is perhaps one of the first A-list Bollywood stars to make a transition to the digital platform. When Saif was asked to share some of his insights on the digital series, he said, “The series will be made in four parts as it’s a 1,000-page book and we’ve only got through one-third of it now. We begin shooting for the next season in September. Each season will have eight episodes, so overall, the series will have 32 episodes.”

Sacred Games is directed by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane and scripts Saif Ali Khan’s first teamwork with Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Sacred Games is based on Vikram Chandra’s critically acclaimed novel of the same name and is all set to premiere worldwide on July 6, exclusively on Netflix.
