While Bollywood celebrities are extending support to the people in need during the ongoing pandemic, actor Dia Mirza took to her Twitter handle to revealed that she is grateful to the frontline workers in the health care sector of the country. Dia said, Thanking the doctors, nurses and everyone else who are grappling with the deadly virus everyday.
She wrote, “Witnessing this tragedy & trying to help people from a distance is so hard, I cannot imagine how tough this must be for doctors, nurses, ward attendants, ambulance drivers and all those working in the health care sector. My heart goes out to each of you. GRATEFUL.”
Dia is quite actively sharing several information and updates related to the surge in COVID-19 cases across the country.
On Earth Day, she tweeted, “The #COVID19 pandemic has given us heartbreaking evidence of the consequences of our broken relationship with nature. Human suffering can and will be reduced only and only if we come together for #ClimateAction We can and must restore our Earth’s health.” Meanwhile, the actress is expecting her first child with husband Vaibhav Rekhi.
