Rakhi Sawant is called the Queen of Reality Shows and she does not lose any opportunity to publicly bitch about her family, especially her mother. Do you wonder what the real truth is? Are you curious about this dysfunctional family that has produced “The Rakhi Sawant”?

Meet Jaya Sawant, the most unlikely contestant on Bigg Boss, Season 3. Jaya is Rakhi’s mother, and we have all heard so much about her already that we “sort of” know her. As Amitabh Bachchan welcomed Jaya to the show, she reminisced about an incident that took place more than a decade ago, involving her and Amitabh Bachchan. Jaya is excited to be a part of the show that catapulted her daughter into stardom, and she’s going to set some records straight while she’s here!

Other contestants in the 3rd season of Bigg Boss include item girl Sherlyn Chopra, Ex-Mrs World Aditi Gowitrikar, Bollywood actress Poonam Dhillon, model Claudia Ciesla, Shilpa’s sister Shamita Shetty, TV actor couple Tanaz Currim Irani & Bakhtiyar Irani, comedian Raju Srivastav, actor Vindu Singh, music composer Ismail Darbar, fashion designer Rohit Verma and “Deshdrohi” actor-director Kamal R Khan.

All these 13 people will live under one roof, the Bigg Boss house, for 3 months. During this period, they will be under constant surveillance of multiple cameras vying to catch every minute of their time. To make matters worse, they will have absolutely no contact with the outside world. No phones, no TV, no newspapers, no radio, no books, no magazines, in short…NOTHING!

Initially there were reports that Baba Ramdev had also been approached for participation. The channel wanted to create a Vishvamitra-Menaka situation in the BB house with the Baba and Sherlyn. But Baba Ramdev declined the offer. When one has the clout to buy a Swiss island, you can’t expect him to dance for a measly crore, Right?

So finally the fun and games have begun! Bigg Boss is the most loved reality show in our country. It really is “the baap of all shows”! With Amitabh Bachchan appearing on the weekends to boost TRPs and offer tips to the participants, it seems that the audience will now be glued to their TV sets on weekends also.
