In response to the scathing review of ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’, Salman Khan has filed a defamation suit against Kamal R Khan. This is not the first time Kamaal Khan’s social media posts have landed him in trouble. The self-proclaimed film maker, writer, actor and many other things has previously been taken to court by other people from Bollywood like Aamir Khan, Nikhil Dwivedi and Vikram Bhatt.
Kamaal R Khan shared this post on social media along with a picture of the notice he received from Mumbai Court. “”Dear #Salmankhan Ye defamation case Aapki Hataasha Aur Niraasha Ka Saboot Hai. I am giving review for my followers and doing my job. You should make better films instead of stopping me from reviewing your films. Main Sacchi Ke Liye Ladta Rahunga! Thank you for the case.” It seems that Kamaal Khan really does not wish to fight the big bhai in court. He has even pleaded to Salim Khan, asking him to talk to Salman about not pursuing the case. He has pleaded that if Salman did not want him to review hi film, he could have jut said so, and he promised he will never review Salman’s films again.
It will be very interesting to see what the court decides. A review is basically sharing your opinion about a film and everyone is free to do that. Is a scathing review in the same league as defamation?
