2. Pack in some protein. Protein is very important when it comes to fitness and health. So breakfast cannot be counted wholesome unless there is protein packed into it. Eggs are the best way to have protein in the mornings. Beans are good too.
3. Do not overeat. Try to have some carbs, some protein, some vitamins. But don’t overdo anything. Heavy items like puris and parathas are definitely avoidable.
