You may have had crepes for breakfast with honey, jam or berries. How about trying them with the King of fruit?
Easy Crepes With Mangoes Recipe
Ingredients for Crepes
500 ml milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
30g butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Oil for cooking
Ingredients For Stuffing
1 large ripe mango, chopped finely
A bunch of mint, chopped finely
Olive oil, Sugar and Fresh cream
-Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder and salt) and the wet ingredients for the crepes seperately.
-Now mix both the mixtures in one bowl and stir well to make a lump free and smooth batter for crepes.
-Now heat a non-stick tawa or frying pan over medium heat. Spray a little oil and pour a ladle full of the batter. The idea is to spread it like you would make a Dosa.
-Cook the crepe for a minute and the turn it over to cook the other side. Make sure it is golden brown on both sides before you remove it from the tawa.
-Make all the crepes ike this.
-Now add the stuffing of mangoes and mint of leaves, olive oil and sugar.
Now fold the crepe over like a roll and garnish with a big dollop of fresh cream. Decorate with chocolate sauce if you think you’d like it.
