Instagram is full of healthy and amazing dishes that look yummy and promise to be great for your health too! One dish that you must have seen on many Instagram pages is Chia pudding. The reason why everyone is trying this dish is that it is very easy to prepare, can be made vegan, and is good for your health. This can be your grab-n-go breakfast if you feel you have no time in the morning. You can prepare it the night before, referigerate and just take it with you as you step out!

Ingredients: You will need 1/2 cup chia seeds, chopped fruit of your choice and milk of your choice. If you wish to avoid dairy, go for coconut milk or almond milk or even soy milk!

Optional Ingredients: Honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon powder.

How to Prepare?

In a mason jar, just combine the milk, the seeds and your favorite fruit. If you wish to sweeten it, add in some honey or maple syrup. If you like, add in other flavours like cinnamon powder or vanilla extract. Keep this mason jar in the fridge overnight. Your pudding will be ready to eat when you wake up in the morning!
