Masala Chaas Recipe
Ingredients: Fresh curds, roasted cumin powder, dried mint powder, pepper and rock salt.
Method: Start by beating fresh curds. Now add in an equal amount of cold water and beat again. Add in a few cubes of ice. Season your chaas with rock salt, black pepper, jeera powder and pudina powder. Serve garnished with pudina leaves and enjoy!
