Enjoy Tangy Aam Panna This Season

Aam Panna is a great drink to enjoy on a hot afternoon as you chill with your family. The tangy taste makes it a favorite amongst young and old. What's more, this is a very healthy drink and you can enjoy it without guilt! So today we bring you a quick recipe for making an Aam Panna concentrate.

How to Make Aam Panna Concentrate

Ingredients: 4 raw mangoes, a few mint leaves, salt/sugar and jeera powder to taste.

Method: Peel and chop all the mangoes. Now cook them in a cup of boiling water. You can also cook the in a microwave instead of boiling them.

When the mangoes have cooked through, keep them aside for 15 minutes to cool down.

Now grind the cooked mangoes and mint leaves in the grinder. Add in the sugar, salt and jeera powder also.

Your Aam Panna concentrate is ready!

Take a little concentrate in a glass, add some ice cubes, top up with chilled water and sprinkle a dash of rock salt. Enjoy!
