Veg Stir Fry Recipe
Start by fishing in your fridge for vegetables. Gather the stir fry veggies like French beans, Carrots, Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, Bell Peppers etc. Dice all vegetables and keep aside.
Chop and onion and a whole bunch of garlic.
Start by pouring 2 spoons of oil into a pan. Add the chopped onions and garlic. Let it fry for a minute. Now add in carrots and brussel sprouts. After another minute, add in the bell peppers, beans and mushrooms.
Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add in a little soy sauce. Turn the flame off after a minute. Your yummy stir fry is ready. Serve hot with a plate of whatever you are trying to convince your family to eat!!! Enjoy the compliments...
