There is no age defined to suffer from anxiety. Stress and anxiety are common experiences for most people. While it’s common to get nervous but it requires significant attention if that leads to anxiety.

Here below we have some tips to reduce your anxiety and stress levels:

>Exercising: Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to fight stress and anxiety. It might seem clashing, but putting physical stress on your body through exercise can relieve mental stress.

>Breathe Deeply: At times when you feel stressed, try to take deep breath. Deep breathing counters the effects of stress by decelerating the heart rate and lowering blood pressure

>Reach Out: Your social grid is one of your best tools for controlling stress. Talk to others -- preferably face to face, or at least on the phone. Share what's going on. You can get a fresh viewpoint while keeping your connection strong.

>Laugh out: A good laugh doesn’t just ease the load emotionally. It lowers cortisol, your body’s stress hormone, and boosts brain chemicals, which help your mood. Lighten up and interact with people who makes you smile.

>Be Grateful: Keep a gratitude journal to help you recall all the things that are good in your life. You can ease up anxiety attacks by going through your gratitude journals.

>Reduce Your Caffeine Intake: Caffeine is a restorative found in coffee, tea, chocolate and energy drinks. High doses of caffeine increase anxiety. People have different edges for how much caffeine they can tolerate. If you notice that caffeine makes you edgy or anxious, consider cutting down.
