Did you know that one can become Lactose Intolerant at any point in life  - at any age! This is why you must have a few other sources of dietary Calcium apart from milk. This is even more important for people who are vegan or are trying to be vegan.

Non-Dairy ources of Calcium

1. Green leafy vegetables

4. Bananas and Oranges

5. Beans and Lentils

6. Whey

7. Seeds like Hempseed

8. Soy

9. Eggs
