The recent news that is creating a lot of buzzes lately is all about Sara Ali Khan being roped in a legal mess over her dates. Bollywood filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor whose film ‘Kedarnath’ has been fronting glitches over differences with the producers has now taken legal action against his female lead Sara Ali Khan, who is yet to make her Bollywood debut.
A reporter from a daily media claimed reported that Abhishek, who has taken over production of the film, has sent a legal notice to Sara for signing another film before finishing Kedarnath and has demanded a whopping sum of Rs 5 crore from his female lead as recompense for alleged dispute of dates.
If we go with the reports, “Kedarnath' has already been partly made and the makers require Sara’s dates in June and July this year to finish the work before the film reaches its post-production stage. As the film is already scheduled for a release on November 30, the whole schedule will be disrupted if Sara does not turn up.''
Also, the legal issues came into existence because the makers of 'Kedarnath' were lately told by Sara's agent that she is busy with Rohit Shetty's 'Simmba', and that she will not have time after June to work on 'Kedarnath'. Hence, the producers have now dragged Sara to the Bombay High Court to stop her from working on another film and to direct her to complete her initial commitment. The case is being heard by Justice SJ Kathawala, and the next hearing is scheduled on Tuesday 29th May.
Well, it will be a hard time for Sara to acknowledge her commitments.
