Poster Boys is one of the new conceptual movies that has shown the other side of manhood and stipulates the stigma of regularity in Hindi cinema. Poster Boys is a movie that revolves around a topic that is not outspoken in India. The movie revolves around a concept of vasectomy which is a taboo in Indian society. However, the movie is well written that you will not find the concept irregular. The movie is a fun to watch with families and there is no embarrassing moment if you do watch it alone.
The movie stars Shreyas Talpade, Sunny and Bobby Deol, as the lead actors. The actors did mention in one of the media house that how focusing on such subjects (Vasectomy) is the need of the hour. The movie has gained good reviews and the dialogs in it are just super fun to listen.
The movie is directed by Shreyas himself. On an interview when Shreyas was asked if the movie is a good choice for viewers who go with families, he said, “It’s a full-fledged family film. It has got U/A certification. And I can assure that people won’t find anything wrongful in the film. I’m sure that they won’t be embarrassed to see this film with their families.” The film is a Hindi remake of the 2014 Marathi film Poshter Boyz, which starred Dilip Prabhavalkar, Hrishikesh Joshi, Aniket Vishvasrao in lead roles.
