Ramdev Baba, the yoga guru of India has built an empire that has been a boon in the Indian market for a decade now. With the company named as Patanjali, Ramdev has actually made a strong impact in the Indian market when it comes to selling customer goods and ayurvedic cosmetics. Yoga guru Baba Ramdev-led Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. lately announced its entry into the food chain business. The company, which has taken on the likes of Unilever with its varied range of natural cosmetic, nutrition, and personal-care products, will now be competing with McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Subway.
Yes, you heard it correctly, Baba Ramdev’s Patanjali is up with a new project and it seems like food chains like McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Subway will have to compete with Patanjali once the venture to start a food chain business comes to place.
Recently Baba Ramdev on a press conference said that ” Ayurveda is based on a belief that health and wellness depend on a balance of mind, body, and spirit, and can include the use of herbal compounds and special diets. Patanjali has broken the stranglehold of multinational companies. I want India to be free of the hold of foreign companies.”
Patanjali is a big name in India and has delivered quality products from every chain of works. We wish this new venture works the same and the motto to make India self-sufficient without foreign products and food items get accomplished.
