Whenever we think of bread, sandwiches are the only thing that comes to mind. We hardly ever use bread except as toast or sandwiches. But bread is actually such a versatile food item that it can be modified for use in many different recipes. One of them is the Bread Poha
How to Make Bread Poha
- In a frying pan, heat a little oil and add mustard seeds. When they start crackling, add chopped onions, ginger, curry leaves and green chillies.
-When the onions have sauted for a while, add a crumbled boiled potato.
- Add a little turmeric, and mix everything up. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add chopped pieces of bread and mix them in. Season with salt and spices, add a dash of lemon and cook it all for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy your hot bread poha, made within 15 minutes!
