Kangana Ranaut is Bollywood’s bindaas babe who is always outspoken of her thoughts and have always gone with her gut. The actress is always been in headlines because of her bindaas nature. The recent buzz that is making rounds around the B-town is regarding the fight between Kangana and Ketan Mehta.
Ketan Mehta is a prolific filmmaker in the Indian movie business. As per Mehta’s take, he had approached Kangana to play the role of Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi in his film in June 2015. The actress had openly devoted to doing the project with him in 2015 but later she announced another film titled Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi with another producer and director. This call of Kangana did not go well with Ketan and since then the feud is on between the two.
Ketan in a media conference shared his views when asked about the fight between him and Kangana, he said, "I had approached her in June 2015 regarding this project and she had readily agreed to do it and enough statements have been made by her showing the commitment about the project," Mehta further added "we also shared the script, certain research material and a lot of discussions had happened. After this, suddenly we hear that she is doing a project with some other producer. I find this completely unethical.”
If we go with sources, “Kangana has become increasingly collaborative in the making of her films. During Rangoon, she reportedly had constant arguments with director Vishal Bhardwaj.” This could be a reason why Kangana want a movie that she can co-direct and also act on and opted out of Mehta's project.
With Ketan been out of Kangana’s bag, the fight is ignited and it seems this fight is not going to end anytime soon. Well, let’s see what Kangana will do this time to overcome the allegations that Ketan has imposed on her in regard to being unethical and unprofessionalism.
